Room **** was not cleaned to an acceptable standard and was not suitable for occupancy upon arrival. The issues observed included: Long black hairs in the shower, attached to what appeared to be a hardened substance near the shower exit. Hair in the bathroom sink. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff was extremely attentive, professional, and friendly. We were greeted by name each time we arrived and departed from the hotel. The valet staff Paul, and Sam, are five star employees and go over and beyond for their guests. Kevin in The Earl Grey Cafe was excellent also!
