One&Only The Palm sits on its own private beach on Palm Jumeirah with a water park, at $812 a night; Shangri-La is on Sheikh Zayed Road in the city centre for $182, with the higher guest rating of the two (9.6 vs 9.3) despite fewer resort facilities. “Feels like home”
We’ve been staying at Shangri-La Dubai for the first time, the hotel and the staff were just incredible. Super suite with interconnecting room for the kids. Great service and attention to detail. Special mention to Mahmud who helped everyone during the situation and came back from home to support clients at the hotel.
