What a wonderful stay! We were upgraded to a beautiful suite room 1001. We also used their airport transportation and Roberto was excellent but so was the other driver. When we arrived the bellmen promptly assisted us with our luggage and we were checkin. We were excited to have seen the nice upgrade (am Ambassador) and they acknowledged my status. Great room. Service was good, nothing outstanding. Nice and cute small hotel. However, they charged me $7 for 2 Nespresso pods. Really?? Yes, really!!! With the price of the room, they shouldn’t nickel and dime little stuff. I have never, ever been charged for coffee pods! For that reason, I will look for another option next time!
